Biography:
Hong Liu, male, born in October 1963 in Lianyuan, Hunan, is a professor and doctoral supervisor. Currently, he serves as the Vice Dean of the School of Mathematics and Computer Science at Hunan Normal University, the Head of the Master's Program in Computer Science and Technology, and a member of the Academic Committee of Hunan Normal University. At the same time, he also serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Democratic Party of Agriculture and Industry, a chairman of the grassroots committee of the Democratic Party of Agriculture and Industry at Hunan Normal University, an executive director of the Hunan Computer Society, an executive director of the Hunan Internet of Things Society, and an executive director of the Computer Education Professional Committee of the Hunan Higher Education Association. He has won the first prize of Scientific and Technological Progress Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (1992), the second prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award (1993), the second prize of Scientific and Technological Progress Award of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (1994), the title of "three educations" exemplary individual of Hunan Normal University (2001), and the first prize of the sixth Young Teachers' Classroom Teaching Art Competition of Hunan Normal University (2003); Hunan Normal University Teaching Excellence Award (2004, 2007).

Biography:
Junbo Zhang is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Electric Power Engineering, South China University of Technology, and the Outstanding Young Scientist of Guangdong Province. Secretary General of the IEEE PES Intelligent Building, Load and Customer Systems Technical Committee (China) and Senior Member of IEEE. Deputy Director of the Smart Energy Engineering Research Center at South China University of Technology and Vice President of the China Southern Power Grid South China University of Technology Grid Smart Operation Joint Research Institute. Mainly engaged in interdisciplinary collaborative innovation work of "electrical engineering+artificial intelligence+software engineering+engineering management", with a focus on breaking through the stability issues of new power systems. Led multiple National Natural Science Foundation projects. Published over 50 EI/SCI papers, including 20 IEEE Transactions and other Zone 1 papers published by the first/corresponding author, and was awarded the Best Paper in IEEE Power&Energy Society General Meeting from 2016 to 2017. He was also recognized as an Outstanding Reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Power Systems in 2017 and 2019, with 2 monographs.
